Russian Banya is an extraordinary saula, located in our Saunarium's garden, close to cooling pool and nudists sunbathing zone. This is where most sauna rituals are taking place. It has a traditional character of Russian sauna - banya. Just like the rest of our Saunarium, it is constructed from natural materials: wood and stone, to emphasise the connection with nature. The benefits of using this sauna are strenghtening and relaxing the organism.
The Old Highlander Sauna is a unique combination of folklore with the traditional function of a sauna. We have moved to the Sauna Zone an authentic highlander hut, finished with wood and stone. Take advantage of the beneficial cleansing properties of saunas in an original setting. Visit this sauna to experience both the highlander tradition and the pleasure of communing with nature in its purest form.
In our Saunarium you will find two Finnish saunas. It is the most popular type of sauna. This classic Scandinavian sauna is known for its superhigh temperatures and superlow humidity. We recommend to start the experience on the lowest point of the sauna and then to systematically go up, as long as our organism lets us. Pouring water on the hot stones placed in the sauna oven ionizes the air. That helps relaxation as well as reduces fatigue and anxiety.
Its walls and ceiling are made of natural stone that reminds caves you can come across in the mountains, especially in nearby Tatras. Using saline feeder makes air inside the sauna filled with benefitial microelements. Thus enhacing preventive and curing properties of salt rock cave. Its relaxation characteristics are strenghten by light effects.
First steam baths date back to the times of the Roman Empire and the area of Mediterranean Sea, you can come across such names as roman or turkish baths. The one in Terma Bania is equipped with steam chimney where aromatic mixtures are applied. It is a good choice for beginners in the world of saunas as its temperature is not that high and easy to get used to. The Infrared Sauna is the youngest of our saunas. It is located on the first floor in the Sauna Zone just behind the Coctail Bar. The infrared sauna is the perfect way to regenerate muscles after exercise, improve the post-traumatic condition of the motor organs, improve the condition of the skin, burn unnecessary calories, remove toxins from the body and even fight with the cellulite. Infrared sauna is effective in the fight against overweight, during the session it burns about 600-900 calories.

The Salt Cave equipped with comfortable deckchairs is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. The brine graduation tower located in it creates a unique microclimate that supports the treatment of many diseases. Salt has negative air ionization properties, which has a very beneficial effect on our body. We recommend a stay in the salt cave mainly to allergy sufferers, but also to those who want to improve the functioning of the immune system

Without a doubt one of our best attractions is Sauna Ritual. Our Saunamasters perform sauna ceremonies daily, according to given schedule: 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00 (ladies only), 18:00 (smoke ritual), 19:00, 20:00, 21:00 (cooling ritual with menthol cristals).
