Białka Tatrzańska is known mostly for its great termal baths overlooking the Tatra mountains - Terma Bania. It is good though to diversify vacation plan and to add something to water activities in the aquapark. Białka's surroundings are perfect for biking trips, so make sure you try that.
Terma Bania is located on the slopes of Kotelnica, where most easy biking trails start. You can reach Kotelnica's peak with chairlift and then start the easy, family bike path towards Bukowina. This trail runs in beautiful scenery and is full of mountain sights. You can go further to explore picturesque mountain villages of Groń, Leśnica or Gliczarów Górny.
Enthusiasts of long cycling routes will be delighted with biking trip from Białka to Szczawnica in the Pieniny mountains, through Niedzica, Sromowce and Czerwony Klasztor. The route is almost 50 km long, but it doesn't have any serious difficutlies other than distance. This biking trail is remarkably pretty especially when crossing Pieniny along Dunajec river.
Last but not least, there are some very difficult cycling routes for the finest cycling lovers. For example the trail from Białka through Czarna Góra to Trybsz, 7.5 km long with serious elevation, and one a bit longer from Białka towards Jurgów through Rzepiska (Grocholów Potok) and Łapszanka to Łapsze Wyżne.
